the trick master in pokemon Emerald is in the trick house on route 110 Just go to Slateport city and go straight up, you will see a house with a old woman walking up and down near it, just go into the building and you'll see a sparkle if ifs your first visit press A where you saw the sparkle to find the trick master solve the puzzle through the scroll to get through the locked door open the door and follow the path to get to the trick master for a reward. Note as you get more badges more challenges in the trick house will come avaliable but the sparkle will eventually stop showing so you have to press A on everything untill you find the trick master.
