I have succesfully installed the game on my computer. I start playing but when i go to the highschool and talk with the lady the game suddenly crashes :(, What can ii do? I installed it again after deleting any nancy drew file and nothing has changed.Help

afte ive installed the game, when i try to run the game it tells me that the way the sound is played has changed and then the game shuts down. whats wrong?

I am trying to install nancy drew secret's can kill and i can't, says will run with win xp, but come up errorbadwindows, how do i get it to run?

Try to run the install again, but make sure to change the option to install active-X. Since XP comes with this installed, the option it isn't needed. We were receiving the same error until trying it without this option. It then worked fine. Good Luck!

Disc 2 doesn't work, why?

I inserted the CD into my drive and nothing comes up so I can't install it. How do I install it?

  1. Well, open up 'My Computer'.
  2. Look for a program saying: Add or remove programs. Click on it.
  3. A new window should pop up. With this window click: Add New Programs.
  4. With Disk 1 already inserted into your drive, go ahead and click on the button saying: CD or Floppy
  5. Follow the instructions that pop up afterward.

These steps work for XP computers. I have no idea what its like for newer or older models.

PS- I hope this helped! :)

The screen won't pop up when i put the first cd in!!!! I can't install it!
