Step 1: Go to animation pannel> Firstly done all your animations; i.e all required animation from stance to hit or so on
Note: You need to add your own animation so add by click plus sign, give name and action number; if not already their [verify it by search button] .
Step 2: Go to constants pannel > add > select projectile, teleport or helper or according to your need
Put [here for projectile]
State def [Here = your animation strat group number ]
Animation [Here = your above anime group sprite number;same as above]
Projectile exec [here = body movement from where to start projectile]
Animation proj [here = projectile execu animation group number
Explode anim [here = finish animation of the special move as projectile]
Note: before insert button for all above commands go to any coding as courching and put after one enter like below

Here click and press Insert button

Adjust offset values for above, by begin action group no and begin action number and note
x and y value e.g adjust projectile with hand movement and this is on your own
change value in your offset where you insert your commands like offset = 47, -40 to your adjusted x and y
Step 3: Go to command pannel (Joystic button) > press insert command button and give your command and add/update now go to that inserted command and drag all and put in special motions
Step 4: Now press joystic button with scroo driver and give check your given name in command
and put this name in three place same
1 Trigger or state "here your name"
2 move name
3 state name
click add\update
Step 5: i hope you have sound pack, so adjust the sound for your move or if you want to just test
open sound pannel open any other character sound and save in your new character folder
1- Go to constants and find you special move codings and add below in the end or just above the end

value = S7,0 Here change according to your sound no
volume = # as you want, i suggest 100
Step 6 (optional): Save all your progress
Step 7: Test by winmugen or mugen by run in winmugen or etc
