Talk to him and he will ask you to bring him a map; go to the big white boat, all the way to the third floor and you will find a map on the floor all the way at the top. Bring the map to the messenger.

u have to 1) find a computer  and go up to it and click a then buy what u want to buy (computers r inglasstown coffee shop or just look in random buildings) 2)u can buy ur own from the stores or online.

You talk to Dect. Dan Mann and he'll tell you that there is a fan boat waiting for you. Then go to king tower in glasstown, and next to it is the city apartment. next to the city apartment are some stairs leading down. Go down there and there is a fan boat. Make sure that you go under two bridges while on the fanboat. Then when you come to netting with booies, don't go in them, just keep going straight and you'll be at nutria island in no time. HOPE THIS HELPED! ;)

 In the lounge (where you play the moogoo monkey minigame) go up the stairs. When you are on the top of the boat go the the open room climb the ladder and the map should be there.

You should be an amimal then head over to the front of splicer irland grab the flag go on the boat go to saltys riverboat he will talk then go to the top of the boat talk to his parrot then head over to the carnival then talk to saltys brother pepper pete then winky weebucks should be surronded by the dancing nutria the go up to squares in the left hand corner then right to squares then up and you will have done it.

What you have to do is go to the Minopolis Chronicle. When you leave the hospital you make two lefts.  You go to a computer and click Write Thesis. Keep on trying, even though sometimes it says you wrote a writers block. It soon will work. Hope that helps.
