From what I know the UFO comes at random times from 9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m.  If you mean the baloons by SMB3 they come when the minute is on a 4 (**:*4). I'm not completely sure so if I were you to look it up on the web.

normal cheats are just in-game things but the codes (which i think is what your talking about,  which give you much more control over the game)   are put in by buying an action replay for 20 US dolars at most game stores.

(It is well worth the money though)

There are lots of ways to win. You can buy flowers at Tom Nook's shop, go around and pick some flowers off the ground and plant them next to your house, or go to your neighbor's house and steal some of their flowers. :)

the way u get it (so i heard) is to go to k.k. and ask him for songs, then go to ur boombox and tap ur character. then press the +music note button and add it on
