From what I know the UFO comes at random times from 9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m.  If you mean the baloons by SMB3 they come when the minute is on a 4 (**:*4). I'm not completely sure so if I were you to look it up on the web.

is it true that US and japan players can't play together? cause my gf has it in japan and i want to play with hr but if i can't thats really going to piss me off!! also can jp DS games be play on a US DS?

how do you unlock new cheats on action replay my friend said she pressed loads of buttons like left right down e.t.c and it came up you've unlocked a new cheat and she got this sweet shop but you've got to pay monthly or somthing can this realy happen if so what are the cheats to unlock new cheats?

There are lots of ways to win. You can buy flowers at Tom Nook's shop, go around and pick some flowers off the ground and plant them next to your house, or go to your neighbor's house and steal some of their flowers. :)

normal cheats are just in-game things but the codes (which i think is what your talking about,  which give you much more control over the game)   are put in by buying an action replay for 20 US dolars at most game stores.

(It is well worth the money though)

on animal crossing when you want to move to another town do I move into another players town on a DS?when I move to another players town do i ALWAYS SEE THEM WHEN I go on? could I ever move back to my old town with every thing there?

the way u get it (so i heard) is to go to k.k. and ask him for songs, then go to ur boombox and tap ur character. then press the +music note button and add it on
