According to the codejunkies web site, yes, it comes with everything you need.  If you buy it used, check with your retailer to be sure it comes with everything you need.

You can try to clean it with alcohol on the contacts if it's physically dirty.  If you've cracked or broken your action replay, there are no user serviceable parts inside.  In other words, if you've physically broken it, you'll need to buy a new one.

I have an action replay version 1.06 and the master code for the Super Smash Bros Melee. The master code gets rid of the 2 codes for it went it gets edited and all the other codes do not work without the master code. So I need to fix the master code somehow in order for my other codes to work. My question is how can I fix the master code so it will not delete the 2 codes for the master code on my action replay version 1.06 for my gamecube?
