  gamefaqs has a better pic, plus use the bow and arrow thing on the blue circle under the ledge i pointed out, you get goodies and a switch to retract those stupid as heck slicers on the pillars. but even after all this, it took me a half dozen tries. the top x's are hard to describe. the top right one is a lower platform just go to gamefaqs.com, its better to explain.

Have you tried double-jumping then swinging? Other than that, make sure that you pulled all but yellow, then trying.
