I'll preface this review by saying I'm not really up on 'nextgen' gaming. The n64 is my newest system and I only just recently bought it. I bought this game for my 3 year old son and quickly found myself playing it. Maybe my lack of experience with 3d is shining through here but I really like this game!

The graphics are pretty good. Everything is clear, accurate for characters, and it presents a pretty visual all around. The animations could use a bit of work but I don't think it detracts too much from the experience.

The sound is noncomplicated and fits well. Simple music doesn't distract from the task at hand and the sound effects are effective. Too much music or too many noises would be too distracting for the younger player and keep them from focusing on the gameplay.

The storyline is simple and also fits well. Pooh is throwing a party but doesn't have enough honey. It's your job to find him more honey pots and take several side trips along the way.

Difficulty here is relative since this is a child's game. I finished it with little difficulty, but my 3 year old son, who is brand new to gaming, is figuring it out as he goes on. I'd say that's on scale as well.

Conclusion: An excellent children's game that an adult could enjoy if they wanted to do so.
