Ok first leave the area there you will find the man protecting all the kids. He will tel you about the mayor. Get your horse and go to ordon.go talk to the Mayor he says you need to wrestle them. Once you practice wrestling the mayor he will give you the iron boots.go back to kakiriko. Go back and put on the iron boots and throw him behind you.
