A Classic is Recreated as First PS3 Screenshots for G.I. JOE The Rise of Cobra Are Revealed

Recently recovered intelligence from EA Headquarters today reveals highly classified screenshots of the PlayStation 3 version of G.I. JOE The Rise of Cobra, the summer blockbuster video game continuation of the upcoming Paramount Pictures film.   G.I. JOE fans who choose to join the battle on PS3 will be able to cast themselves as one of the game’s 12 playable G.I. JOE characters, or declare their allegiance to the infamous COBRA forces by unlocking one of the game’s 4 COBRA operatives.  Featuring two-player cooperative play, high-tech weapons, drivable vehicles, and 20 levels across 4 different environments, the PS3 version of G.I. JOE The Rise of Cobra gives G.I. JOE fans a great reason to join the summer action.
 
G.I. JOE The Rise of Cobra hits stores August 4th and will be available for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, PlayStation 2, Nintendo DS, PlayStation Portable (PSP) as well as mobile phones.
