Rockstar has pulled out of E3, meaning that LA Noir and Max Payne 3 will no longer be shown at the show. Instead, Rockstar is planning on giving hand-selected journalists the ability to see their games during private showings some time after E3 2010. This announcement / revelation means that the rumored Grand Theft Auto V will not be shown at E3 2010, as previously rumored.
Rockstar cited time constraints when questioned about the move to abandon the Electronic Entertainment Expo.
Although the games will not be shown / playable at the show, it's likely that company specific press conferences (Microsoft, Sony, or Nintendo) will contain any announcements and / or trailers that Rockstar wanted to show regardless.
