Fixed Email and Registration

Registration is now open on Stage Select, and news stories can be emailed to your friends!  If you've previously tried to either register or send a story via email, your email has been resent. So, if you get some old emails, my apologies.

Additionally, some small fixes have been applied to the mobile site.
