There are two towers in the game, so depending on which you are referring...

1. To get inside the Tower of Doomed, you must have acquired the Key To Doomed, which is hidden in the third depth of the ancient mine. But beware, once you choose to enter the Tower you can never leave!

2. On the 16th floor of the Tower there is a bridge that leads to the smaller prison Tower of Rado. In order to open the green door to the prison cell in this tower you need to equip both the Blue Necklace and Evil Ring. Again, be carefully...if you equip the Evil Ring without the Blue Necklace's protection, it will instantly take your life.
